Muslims reject Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani because he falsely claimed to be a prophet after Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Quran clearly states that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the last and final prophet (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:40). Any claim of prophethood after him directly contradicts the teachings of Islam, which every Muslim believes in.
Following Mirza Ghulam Ahmad
Qadiani would mean denying a fundamental tenet of Islam. This is why Muslims view his claim as false and misleading, and why mainstream Muslim scholars and communities do not accept his teachings or followers as part of Islam.
